PRIVATE PARTIES
For a truly memorable experience, BrushCapades hosts personalized paint parties for all types of social events and gatherings. Whatever the occasion, everyone has fun and enjoys an artist guided two hour session while they create a masterpiece on large canvas! It’s all the fun and creativity of our public class but personalized for your own group.
BrushCapades can host your private party at our downtown studio location or “go mobile” were we help find a time and venue that is most convenient to those attending and also works best for the party size and refreshment needs.
Our packages start at $35 per person and features a painting designed just for your event.
A $100 deposit is required for private parties in order to secure the reservation. The deposit is applied to the final invoice. The deposit is forfeited if cancellation is within one week of the event. We require that you give us a final headcount 48 hours before your event, and that is the minimum at which you will be billed. Contact us for more information.
Private Party (Our Studio Location)
COST: (includes a 16×20 painting with a subject matter of your choosing)
$45 per person. 25 person minimum on Fridays and Saturdays
$45 per person. 10 person minimum – Sundays and Weekdays
$35 per person with a 50 person minimum.
Mobile Private Party
COST: (includes a 16×20 painting with a subject matter of your choosing)
$45 per person with 10 person minimum for travel less than 1 hour away.
$50 per person with 20 person minimum for travel between 1 and 2 hours away.
Travel over 2 hours away will necessitate special pricing and travel arrangements. Please contact us for specific pricing and minimums for travel over 2 hours.
