FAQs
Here are the most commonly asked questions that we get. Still want to know more? Call or email us today!
When will in-person classes begin?
BrushCapades classes happen in a shared gallery, and they haven’t reopened in any capacity. So for the foreseeable future, all classes are online.
Do I need to purchase special supplies?
No! All you need are primary colors (plus black and white), some brushes and a canvas of your choosing. You don’t even need a canvas – we love painting on cardboard! (You’ll also need a plate or tupperware lid to hold and mix paint, and paper towels or rag you don’t mind getting dirty)
What if I can’t attend after I purchase a ticket?
Send an email to BrushCapades Seattle to let us know. You can reschedule to join a different class, no problem!
After I purchase, how do I attend the class?
We send out a Zoom link to participants the day of the class, using the email address you entered when registering. Please reach out if the link is not received within an hour of the class start time, and we’ll resend it for you.
Is my registration/ticket transferrable to another person if I cannot attend?
Yes, your ticket is transferable. Send an email to BrushCapades Seattle to let us know the name and email address of the new participant.
Do I have to live locally to participate?
No, we’ve had attendees from the UK and South Africa! Just be aware that our class times are in the Pacific time zone. We’re excited to paint with you, wherever you are!
How do I use a discount voucher?
Click on the desired class and enter your voucher code in the appropriate box. If you have problems or questions, contact us at BrushCapades Seattle.
What is the refund policy?
Due to the high volume of demand and ticket sales, all ticket sales are final. We are happy to transfer your ticket to another class of your choosing.
What if some people registered for my private event don’t attend?
We require that you give us a final headcount 48 hours before your event, and that is the number at which you will be billed.
